Biography
Shelley Redford (Young) is the assistant art director for the Visual Art Institute located in South Salt Lake City, Utah.
As a longtime student and instructor of portrait, figure, landscape, and still life, Shelley has always been fascinated with the whole idea of cartooning and Caricature. She does Caricature gigs on the side for large Corp events, weddings, birthday parties and custom commissions.
I would like to re-aquaint myself with ISCA as I was a member long ago when Tom Richmond was the president.
