ISCA Members shall:
Operate their business, organization or practice in compliance with any applicable local, state, federal or international laws.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Accurately describe any services being rendered and their associated costs when communicating with clients.
Strive to provide the highest quality services, products and/or experiences as possible.
Possess and maintain the knowledge and skills necessary for professional competence through continued education and practice.
Be truthful in advertising and marketing and not misrepresent their services, charges for services, credentials, training, experience, abilities or results.
Build professional reputations on the merit of services and refrain from competing unfairly with others.
Treat with respect and consideration all persons, regardless of race, religion, gender, abilities, age or national origin.
ISCA reserves the right to cancel a membership for a breach of the Code of Conduct that has been brought to our attention. In the event of such an occurrence, a thorough review process will be completed prior to cancellation.
