Biography
Jeffrey Mandell has been drawing professionally for over 46 years. Currently based in Winter Park, Florida,. Jeff began his quick sketch career at the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD in 1977 and has since worked around the world for some of the world’s largest corporations.
Mandell started illustrating in his teenage years, focusing on cartooning. Buying his first Macintosh in 1985 changed his life. Eventually, Jeff decided to innovate digital caricatures at live events starting in 1991. His digital system of drawing appeared at Walt Disney World in the mid 90s and Jeff is now seen at hundreds of universities, military bases, cruises and corporate events across North America. In March of 2020, he created his virtual caricature show and has booked it hundreds of times for clients around the world. Jeff has received many illustration awards as well as awards for Best Likeness, Speed and Caricaturist of the Year while competing at the International Society of Caricature Artists, which Jeff served as President in 2001-2002. He now resides with his wife, Pippi, in Winter Park, Florida.
