Biography

Chris has 20 years in professional caricature and is a member of the International Society of Caricature Artists.

A lifelong artist, Chris was trained in caricature by Kaman's Art Shoppes during high school while working at Bucks' County's Sesame Place theme park where he worked from '97-'99.

Chris left Sesame Place to study illustration and graphic design at Temple University's Tyler School of Art in Elkins Park, PA, while still doing caricatures on the side. During this time, Chris' reputation as local caricaturist-for-hire quickly spread through Bucks County, Philadelphia and New Jersey where he would spend most weekends sketching at local Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, festivals and private parties.

In 2008 Chris joined the team of talented Philadelphia-area caricaturists at Citizen's Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, to work for none other than his childhood cartoonist/caricaturist hero, Bruce Blitz.

Chris is now the founder/owner of www.buckscountycaricatures.com, where he continues to do what he loves while making party-goers in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area laugh and smile.
