Biography
In 2004 I dropped out of grad school to pursue a calling in art. With nothing more than a marker, a couple pieces of paper, and the Holy Spirit, I survived an entire year on the edge of the Gobi desert, slashed his way through the jungles of east Africa, and ran away with the circus before finally landing in Nashville, Tennessee in 2015. The caricature trade has given me access to the greatest family on the planet: caricature artists. It has also given him about $5. Primarily a studio painter these days, I've nevertheless vowed to continue drawing borderline competent caricatures for the rest of his life, because as we all well know: “a caricature is forever.”
