Eric Leichter has been drawing caricatures for many years. A 1973
graduate of Philadelphia College of Art, he has been a painter and free lance illustrator. Since 1990, Eric has worked as the in-house comp/storyboard artist at Al Paul Lefton Company, a major Philadelphia ad agency. His caricature work includes editorial illustration, corporate gifts, cards/posters for special events, and individual/group portraits. Eric lives in Wallingford, Pennsylvania with his wife Diane and sons Kenny
and Sam ('tho Kenny is usually found living at college.) Needless to say,
his family has been caricatured many, many times, as have dogs Reggie and Fred (see self portrait.) Eric works from photographs, and enjoys the challenge of capturing both a likeness and a sense of an individual's
personality.
